Flash Trigger

We have recently launched our new and improved Xenon Flash Trigger. After listening to our customers and community, we felt the need to improve the mounting and strength aspects of the Xenon Flash Trigger.

The New Xenon Flash Trigger is still compatible with the 2nd Generation Flash Arms, and it is still compatible with most camera models.

The improvements introduced to this new design, enhance the user experience using the Xenon flash system, particularly when the system is camera mounted whilst in use outdoors for example.

Improved Camera Mounting re-engineered.

We have re-engineered the mounting mechanism used on the Flash Trigger to be of metal construction with a twist and lock mechanism. This improves the Trigger hotshoe interface with any camera model, and also makes it much more secure whilst mounted. The twist and lock mechanism is easy to use, improving ergonomics and speed in mounting the Trigger and Xenon Flash system.

Improved Strengh 7x Stronger.

We have replaced the multipart assembly of the Xenon Flash Trigger, to a much more refinded constuction. The bottom shell is now manufactured as one part – using additive manufacturing with the use of Carbon Fibre. 4 Carbon Steel screws now secure the hotshoe assembly from the bottom as well, making for an extremely rigid and strong design. The Trigger strength with an Adaptalux Studio mounted on top, is now 7x Stronger, resulting in better confidence when used in the field and bending arms whilst camera mounted.

Better Range 2x Distance.

We have re-engineered the Antenna PCB layout, which in turn has made the new Trigger range more effective. This means better reliability and connection between the Trigger and Flash Arms, increasing Xenon Flash Arm triggering performance.
