Do you deliver to my country?
We offer worldwide shipping to all countries excluding the countries below. All international orders for Studio products are dispatched on a tracked service. We use DHL Express or your Countries National Postal Service, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
Orders for individual smaller items may be dispatched via Royal Mail signed for and may take longer to arrive. The service used will be displayed in checkout.
Countries we do not ship too: Russia, Belarus, Turkey.
How long does delivery to my country take?
We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of order placed during working days. After dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking details to follow your order on its journey.
Typical DHL Express shipping times are listed below;
UK Shipping: Next business day.
US Shipping: 1 – 3 business days.
EU Shipping: 1 – 2 business days.
International: 3 – 5 business days.
Typical Royal Mail Tracked/International Tracked shipping times are listed below;
UK Shipping: 1 – 2 business days.
US Shipping: 3 – 5 business days.
EU Shipping: 2 – 4 business days.
International: 3 – 7 business days.

Please allow up to 10 days for orders to arrive in remote destinations.
Royal Mail signed for deliveries may take up to 2 weeks to arrive for international orders and are not tracked. We use this service for our Phone Macro Lenses.
How much does it cost to ship to my country?
Shipping costs are calculated in the checkout. Please add your items to the basket and progress through to the checkout to enter your shipping address and update the shipping costs to your destination.

To check the status on an order, please log in to your account
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also track the delivery progress using your order number and email address on our tracking page.
