Does my order qualify for free shipping?
For a limited time only, we are offering free fully tracked shipping on all orders over 150 GBP|USD|EURO to the following destinations;
UK, USA, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Italy, Poland and Spain.
If your country is not listed here, we are unfortunately not able to offer free shipping at this time.
The free shipping will automatically be applied to your cart if your order qualifies, you may need to enter your shipping address first.
Additionally, if you spend over 450 GBP|USD|EURO you will qualify for free DHL Express shipping.
Photo Boards – International shipping of Photo boards is not included in the free shipping promotion. International orders may be split into two shipments to accommodate this.
International Shipments – Our free shipping does not impact any import tax and duty due. Free Shipping refers to the actual courier and shipping charges alone. More infomation on import tax and duty can be found here.
Do you deliver to my country?
We offer worldwide shipping to all countries excluding the countries below. All international orders for Studio products are dispatched on a tracked service. We use DHL Express or your country’s National Postal Service, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
Orders for individual smaller items may be dispatched via Royal Mail signed for (non tracked) and may take longer to arrive. The service used will be displayed in checkout.
We are not currently able to ship to: Russia, Belarus, Turkey.
How long does delivery to my country take?
Typical DHL Express shipping times are listed below;
UK Shipping: Next business day.
US Shipping: 1 – 3 business days.
EU Shipping: 1 – 2 business days.
International: 3 – 5 business days.
Typical Royal Mail Tracked/International Tracked shipping times are listed below;
UK Shipping: 1 – 2 business days.
US Shipping: 4 – 10 business days.
EU Shipping: 3 – 10 business days.
International: 5 – 12 business days.
Please note that these are estimates only, based on our latest shipping transit data. The times shown apply after dispatch and do not account for order processing and packing time (see below)
Delivery delays can sometimes occur, especially during busy times for courier companies, we have no way to speed up your delivery. If your order is already in transit and you have questions about your shipment, please contact the courier directly.
Please note that we are not able to file missing parcel complaints until at least 28 days have elapsed since dispatch.
Royal Mail non tracked deliveries may take up to 2 weeks to arrive for international orders and full tracking data is not provided. We use this service for smaller items like Phone Macro Lenses.
How long does it take to process an order?
We aim to dispatch most orders within 24 hours of order placed during working days. After dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking details to follow your order on its journey.
Our working day is from 8.30am -5pm GMT Monday – Friday.
If you place an order outside of these times, it will not begin processing until the next working day, this includes orders on a next day DHL service.
The daily cut-off time for order processing is 2pm, if you place your order after this time it may process the next working day.
Photo Boards dispatch time.
Due to the size and shape of Photo Boards, they sometimes take longer to pack and dispatch. We aim to dispatch photo Boards within 48-72Hrs.
Photoboards may also be shipped in a separate package from lighting and other goods to ensure safe delivery.
How much does it cost to ship to my country?
Shipping costs are calculated in the checkout. Please add your items to the basket and progress through to the checkout to enter your shipping address and update the shipping costs to your destination.

Where can I track the progress of a shipment?
To check the status on an order, please log in to your account.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also track the delivery progress using your order number and email address on our tracking page.
