If you are not satisfied with your purchase from adaptalux.com for any reason, you have 30 days from the time of purchase to request a refund.

If you would like to return your Adaptalux, please contact us at support@adaptalux.com for the return instructions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will not refund or exchange any product that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. 


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged per our one-year limited warranty.  If you need to contact us regarding warranty coverage, send us an email at support@adaptalux.com.



You will be responsible for paying for shipping to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We encourage you to use a trackable shipping method as we cannot issue your refund until we have received your merchandise and we will not be held responsible for any returns that are lost in the post that are not tracked.
