We accept payment in the form of Paypal, Paypal Credit, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and other cards supported by Paypal Payment Gateway.

All payments made online are to be 100% paid at the time of purchase.

A full invoice will be sent to you alongside your order confirmation once payment is received.

No products will be dispatched unless payment has been fully received.

ALTERNATIVE METHODS OF PAYMENT

We can offer payment via bank transfer or Paypal transfer, although online payment is preferred.

Please contact us to arrange a bank transfer or Paypal transfer. We will send you a Pro-forma invoice with the payment terms, which is usually payment within 7 days.

Once payment is received and cleared, we will dispatch the goods.

VAT ON PURCHASES

Applicable UK tax calculations are displayed as part of the breakdown of costs shown in the basket and checkout before you purchase. The final tax calculation for your order is based on your delivery address, not the billing address.

We are a UK company, and ship from the UK. Therefore, Value Added Tax (VAT) must be added to all orders destined to the UK. Destinations outside the UK will not be subject to any taxes at the checkout, but may be subject to import Tax and Duty on importation into your country.

VAT CALCULATIONS

Tax is calculated automatically by the website by detecting the location you are browsing from.

The final tax calculations are made based upon the delivery address you enter in the checkout. If you want to check the tax is correct on your order, progress to the checkout and enter your delivery address. The delivery address of the item will override the location you are browsing from and display the tax based on the final destination of your order.

If your tax calculation appears incorrect, please contact us.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Importing goods from the UK into a non-UK destination may incur additional customs charges because tax has not been applied at the checkout. These charges vary around the world and we have no control over them, nor do we know if & when charges may occur. We make every effort to minimise costs and any delays caused by customs, but parcels may be subject to import duty and tax when imported into your country. Please refer to the customs laws for your destination country to learn more about import costs for your desired delivery address.
