LEGO Photography LED Lighting Pack

I purchased a white LED macro starter pack. Well made, excellent product, well thought through and performs really well. Now that I am happy with the starter pack I will be adding to it very soon.

I have been using the control pod/lighting arms for a little bit now and Really have had no issues with the product. Really appreciate the control available through the App on the smart phone and save different profiles, allowing all the control of the lighting.

That was really interesting in using pod 3.0. You will find your own way to exam your idea and creative.

I have used the studio with various setup for macro illustrations. Lighting is perfect for all applications. I would recommend this product for others using macro lighting for their projects.

The uses of the individual light sources on the object is ingenious. It’s like post-processing images in the beginning… I still have a lot to practice, especially in the macro area, but with this system it is really fun. (The first fly looked somewhat extraterrestrial) I can really recommend this system.

Got the nature pack. Great to have some different colours but also to increase the white where it can get a bit dark.

Good experience with this system and the accompanying videos helped me to get to grips with the system pretty quickly. Looking forward to eventually getting the UV lights and possibly a strobe or two even though I am a big fan of the always on lighting.

Lighting Arms are very useful but the versatility of the setup also allows you to accomplish macro targets that are challenging.

Great product has so many uses although I will definitely be ordering some diffusers next to help soften the light in certain cases.

I got the flash trigger and had a small issue with the screw that holds the pod in place. No problem, I received 2 replacements within 2 days! I exchanged the part without any issues!! It’s as good as new! I love the product and the customer service is amazing!

Used these a few times with the main Control Pod 3.0  and a few single Pod Mini and to have this much control on lighting is really good.

The Adaptalux studio lights and filters do exactly what they promise and give great results. And I’m a big fan of their YouTube videos giving lots of tips for new macro subjects and techniques. Their customer support is also rapid and effective. Maybe a small company but perfectly formed!

It’s not cheap, but the build quality is fantastic. Just like a photo studio set up, you can set it up beautifully with the adaptalux app. I can recommend it to everyone for macro photography.

I bought the adaptalux kit mainly to take iris photos and I’m completely satisfied. The system with the Android application works perfectly, the boost mode is a real plus and it’s very easy to use.

A clever and well thought out dedicated design for macro photography. Great flexibility for lighting angles and colors for small subjects. App for controlling the unit is a bit futsy, but that is a minor gripe.

I updated my version 1 pod to version 3 due to the boost mode, which I like for iris-photography. It is not a cheap tool, but for macro-photography the best on the market.

Good day Adaptalux Team, I have been using Adaptalux for a number of years now for my (hobby) studio macro photography to my full satisfaction. However, what I am still completely missing is an organizer to store everything neatly and clearly when not in use. Perhaps an idea for the design team? Kind regards, Arthur

Just a simple and well thought out device. Works as advertised. It would be great having some longer lights in the system. It would give you more room when you need to bend the light in a larger arch. Still a great product.

As I start to use my kit I’m finding the flexibility of control over the lights with the associated app is very useful. I also referred to the FAQ’s on the website to successfully solve a question by following the recommended advice – problem solved!

This new Pod Mini version with the Bluetooth is a welcome addition, love it, so much better with the addition of using my app

I love the lights. They are great that you can change the diffusers on the end of the lights and change the entire look of my shots.

Great little lighting pod works pretty much as the original but the screw thread is a much better attachment method than the original Pod Mini. Great experience with Adaptalux.

If you want reliability, control and flexibility these are the best on the market, they let you make precise adjustments much the same way you would in a studio environment while being out enjoying the environment, what more can I say.

It really is super. It’s compact and easy to use. The light it produces is beautiful and easy to manage. I do a lot of petal portraits and this really helps to reveal their hidden beauty and personality. It really is an incredible value.

I started with the mini pods and lighting arms for lightweight easy additional lighting. However then purchased the main pod and the brighter lighting arms which provide that extra detailed focus of light. Great effects. I’m impressed with the products and excellent customer service. Looking forward to the new flash arms when they come out.

No problems at all. Quick response when stock was available again, protective packaging as my mail was to Australia. Can’t fault anything.

I love the flexibility to manage the light intensity and position of the arms. I still didn’t have time to test a lot of the product because it was a Christmas present.

The Adaptalux Studio has enabled me to take my creativity to another level. The UV Arms in particular have taken me down a new path in my photographic journey. Adaptalux led arms are very flexible to be precisely set where needed on my settings. I really enjoy power dosing of each light through the app. Pod mini and control pod are very complementary, according to your settings. I highly recommend the adaptalux system for the light quality (precised colour temperature, beam angle adjustable).

First setup a little bit tricky whe outside in the forest. However, I got used to it quite fast. So just look at the attached picture. That was No. five on this very first day with adaptalux.

My LED lights and Mini Pods have opened up new options for my forest macro photography. The flexibility of the lights gives me far more choices in what I shoot & how I do so.

Although I haven’t had the chance to use the system yet, I have conducted several dry run mock-ups in preparation for getting out this weekend. I primarily purchased the system for outdoor macro photography and I am sure it will more than fulfil my requirements.

I’m really pleased with my Mini Pods. I like how they can be repositioned easily and how I can focus light onto a small portion of my subject.

The White Lighting arm with the pod is very useful for my macro photography. The flex cable is good and stays in position. The only gripe and not getting 5 stars is that the light occasionaly flickers when adjusting the arm.  Other than that is a good product.

It was marvelous using the adaptlux lighting system and I am planning to add to what I have thank you

I’m genuinely loving the Adaptalux kit I’ve bought and whilst I went big early, I’m already getting strong results. That said still very very useful.

I was drawn to the Adatalux system by the color arms and filters. Both have worked great to this point, and I’m still experimenting. Great Product

Love the system. I even ordered the carry case to put them in. The box they came in was good, but I just wanted better protection and easy access. Love the lights and the MACRO video ideas you share.

I am just finishing up my new studio build and haven’t had the chance to try out either the white light or UV wands yet. The quality and looks of the product is excellent looking and I can’t wait to use them.

I purchased 3 UV arms and the pod. I love the lights and the app really makes them easy to use.

I tested the starting pack on my flower photography, and the results were fantastic. It was easy to use, and the educational video helped me a lot.

The little pack with @ UV lights and 2 mini pods that I bought is just beautiful. Really, the first thing you notice is the build quality and an incredibly pleasant feeling on touch. I wish the lights were somewhat more powerful, but instead of complaining I will order 3 more and a Control Pod.

The ability to quickly swap arms and move light around is amazing. The only thing I can think of that might make this system better is a more secure feeling click when I seat an arm.

Brilliant idea and works a charm, love the flexibility and the app, will be using this many many times, my only gripe is built in batteries, wished I had the option of changing batteries, something like an 18650, that’s just me

The lighting arms are very well built and provide a most excellent light. Very easy to set up and focus.

Great light source for macro and close-up subjects. Composing in live view, using in-body focus bracketing and auto focus makes a macro photo session a joy.
