The Pod 3.0 LED Ultimate Pack includes everything you need to master creative LED Lighting for Macro Photography. As one of our largest pre-built packs, this macro photography LED lighting setup is particularly ideal for subjects that require versatility and creativity such as still life, flowers and small products.

The Ultimate pack includes both white and coloured continuous LED Lighting Arms and one of each Colour Filter and Diffuser. Pick the right light for your subject and use up to 5 different lights at once for complex and creative setups.

Control each arm separately using manual controls or via the free Adaptalux App using the Bluetooth enabled Control Pod 3.0. Mount the pod to various camera accessories using the tripod thread on the underside.

Can I use the Adaptalux Studio with my camera model?

Yes! LED Lighting Arms do not rely on communication with the camera so work with any camera make and model, even phones!

The Flash Trigger for Xenon flash Lighting Arms is compatible with any camera with a hotshoe.

Can I mount the control pod to my tripod and camera hotshoe?

Yes! The Pods feature a 1/4-20 thread on the underside to mount to most modern tripods.

We also offer the Camera Mount for mounting to your camera hotshoe.

The Control Pod can be mounted on the Flash Trigger as standard.

Do you supply the power adaptor for my country?

Every pack includes a USB to USB-C cable for charging. You can charge from any powered USB device like computers, power banks or USB Wall socket.

Local power adaptors for wall are not provided.

How do I add more lighting arms to my order?

This is a fixed pack, built to our recommended specifications.

To add more Lighting Arms than is included in your pack, first add your pack to your basket, then add more lighting Arms to your basket. You can browse the individual products and add them to your order here.

You can also build your own pack to suit your needs using our step by step pack builder system.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We ship worldwide using a tracked service from the UK. Upon dispatch, you will receive tracking details and be able to follow your package all the way to you.

Shipping cost is calculated in the checkout when you enter your address.

I’m very impressed with Adaptalux!

I got the full kit (not the starter) — each arm lets you adjust both the intensity and diffusion of light. The ultraviolet is truly fascinating, giving me an image that can’t be replicated with any other light source.

I’m still getting used to the flashes, but they look promising — you can mount them on the camera or use them separately. I recommend getting diffusers and an extra second pod, which is useful for lighting from two sides.

The only downside: my Pod 3 didn’t connect to the Android app, but it has its own on-body controls, and the flashes have their own controls that are even more convenient.
