The Camera Hot Shoe Accessory Mount is a great option for attaching your Adaptalux Control Pod to your camera hot shoe. Ideal for taking your lighting into the field and shooting hand-held.

The all-metal design allows for tilt control as well as rotational swivel control. A locking key is provided for securing the tilt control once in position as well as tightening the accessory screw.

This hot shoe accessory mount allows for angular control of the Adaptalux Studio lighting system while mounted on top of the camera. Tilt the Control Pod up or down to change and bring your lighting arms closer or further from the end of the lens. This is particularly useful when using lenses with a small or variable working distance.

Fits all hotshoe designs with a locking wheel for a secure fit to the camera. Features a 1/4 – 20 thread for mounting to the Adaptalux Control Pod thread, as well as many other 3rd party camera accessories.

The lights occasionally lose contact and turn off when adjusting the arms, requiring a slight readjustment to turn back on, and the arms have some stiffness that causes them to spring out of position at times, these are very minor quirks that don’t detract from an excellent product.
This kit has opened up new creative lighting possibilities for my photography. Highly recommended
