This pack provides UV macro photography lighting required for capturing the amazing world of UVIVF photography using normal, unmodified cameras and lenses.

The UV Pod Mini Starter Pack includes everything you need to begin photographing the natural glow of highly fluorescent natural subjects such as foliage, insects, and minerals.

Continuous lighting allows for a long exposure in a dark environment, capturing the natural fluorescence of the subject when exposed to UV. The flexible Lighting Arms are able to get UV light into hard-to-reach spaces.

The UV Starter Pack includes 2 UV LED Lighting Arms. These Arms provide a source of pure UV lighting that does not require any modification to your camera in order to capture.

The 2x Pod Mini 2.0 are now Bluetooth enabled, making it easier than ever to use the Pods independently from the camera. Place your lighting arms around the subject and change control the brightness of each arm independently using the Adaptalux App, or the manual controls on the Pod.

Mount the pods to various camera accessories using the tripod thread on the underside of the Pod Mini.

Can I use the Adaptalux Studio with my camera model?

Yes! LED Lighting Arms do not rely on communication with the camera so work with any camera make and model, even phones!

The Flash Trigger for Xenon flash Lighting Arms is compatible with any camera with a hotshoe.

Can I mount the control pod to my tripod and camera hotshoe?

Yes! The Pods feature a 1/4-20 thread on the underside to mount to most modern tripods.

We also offer the Camera Mount for mounting to your camera hotshoe.

The Control Pod can be mounted on the Flash Trigger as standard.

Do you supply the power adaptor for my country?

Every pack includes a USB to USB-C cable for charging. You can charge from any powered USB device like computers, power banks or USB Wall socket.

Local power adaptors for wall are not provided.

How do I add more lighting arms to my order?

This is a fixed pack, built to our recommended specifications.

UVIVF

Having used and loved the regular arms and the Xenon Flash arms I thought I would try the UV lighting. A good decision. They need a blacked out room and tripods because of long exposures. The results are spectacular and very different. Unlike other UV lights I have tried, these give off a pure UV light. If you are considering trying UVIVF photography you will enjoy it. I have 3 arms but plan to buy two more. I can recommend the Adaptalux UV arms.
