App will not connect to the Control Pod

If the App is not connecting to your Flash Arms, please ensure Bluetooth is turned on and you have connected to the Control Pod. If this still does not work, please close the app fully, and restart it on your device. If the Pod will not connect, please perform a master reset of the Control Pod.

App is connected, but the Flash Arms will not change their level

This usually occurs if your Control Pod has a low battery. A low battery can make the bluetooth connection unstable, thus interupting the timing required for the Flash Arms to be controlled wirelessly. Please charge your Pod.

We also reccommending resetting your Flash Arms, this can be done by unpluggin them and holding the Control Button for 10 seconds.

If the problem persists, please check your pod connections for any debris and please perform a master reset.
