Red flashing light

Lighting Arms are not illuminating and there is a red flashing light on the Control Pod

 

Your Control Pod is critically low on battery and needs charging. Please charge your Pod via USB, please wait at least 20 minutes for the Control Pod to charge to a minimum level before use.

Orange light

Lighting Arms are not illuminating and there is an orange light on the Control Pod

 

Your Pod is initialising. Most often this occurs when charging from a critically low battery state.

Control Pod 3.0 Initialisation should take less than 50 seconds. There is no orange light on the Pod 3.0, instead during initialisation a series of blue flashes will be seen. After this, a flashing red light indicating normal charging will appear.

Control Pod 2.0 Initialisation should take less than 10 seconds. After this, the orange light will be replaced by a flashing red light indicating normal charging.

Control Pod 1 (pre-2018) You must wait 20 minutes for the initialisation to complete. Once 20 minutes is over, the orange light will go out and will be replaced with a flashing red, indicating normal charging.

Green Flashing Light (Pod 1 and 2 only)

Lighting Arms are not illuminating, or not plugged in and there is a green flashing light on the Control Pod

 

Your Control Pod is in sleep mode. Sleep mode will remain active even if all Lighting Arms are unplugged.

To cancel sleep mode, tap the top button on the Control Pod.

No indicator light

Lighting Arms are not illuminating and there is no light on the Control Pod

 

In some cases, the pod software may become unresponsive and not illuminate lighting arms when they are plugged in. To resolve any software bugs preventing normal operation, please perform a master reset of your Control Pod.
