Which power level should I use?

Please use the below as a guide for which flash level you should use. Level 2 is the slowest flash but has the most amount of power where as level 5 is there fastest flash but has the least amount of power.

• • Level1: 1/10,000 of a second
    • This mode is designed and optimised for Pod 1.0 and low battery mode.
  • Level 2: 1/2,000 of a second
    • Best setting for getting the most power out of Adaptalux Flash Arms.
  • Level 3: 1/4,000 of a second
    • Good all rounder setting.
  • Level 4: 1/8,000 of a second
    • A good all round setting for freezing insects and keeping a good amount of power.
  • Level 5: 1/24,000 of a second
    • Ideal for freezing extremely fast moving subjects.
