Which power level should I use?
Please use the below as a guide for which flash level you should use. Level 1 is the fastest flash but has the least amount of power where as level 5 is the slowest flash but has the maximum amount of power.

- Level1: 1/8,000 of a second
- Ideal for freezing extremely fast moving subjects.
- Level1: 1/8,000 of a second

- Level 2: 1/4,000 of a second
- A good all round setting for freezing insects and keeping a good amount of power.
- Level 2: 1/4,000 of a second

- Level 3: 1/2,000 of a second
- Good all rounder setting, which uses a 50/50 balance of both speed and power.
- Level 3: 1/2,000 of a second

- Level 4: 1/1,200 of a second
- Good for great power, whilst still been relatively fast.
- Level 4: 1/1,200 of a second

- Level 5: 1/600 of a second
- Best setting for getting the most power out of Adaptalux Flash Arms.
- Level 5: 1/600 of a second
