Flash Arm will not Fire at all, but the Trigger test button works.
- Ensure the Trigger is not low on battery.
- Ensure Trigger is fully secured on to your Cameras hotshoe.
- Ensure your camera is turned on and your shutter speed is 1/200s or 1/160s.
Flash Arm only fires sometimes
- Ensure your Pod is sufficiently charged and you are using boost mode. This ensures your Flash Arms have the quickest recycle times.
- Ensure the Flash Arm is in range of the Trigger (within 1.5 metres).
- Ensure you are waiting sufficient time for that set power level for it to re-charge between shots.
Flash Arm does not fire at all
- Ensure your Trigger is turned on, does it fire using the test button?
- Ensure your Trigger is not low on battery.
- Ensure your Pod is sufficiently charged to support the Flash Arm.
- Ensure your Flash Lighting Arm is connected to your Pod properly.
- Ensure the Flash Arm has atleast one single Red power level light showing. If it does not, refer to here.
- Ensure the Flash Arm is in range of the Trigger (within 1.5 metres). Use the Trigger test button to determine this.
