Can I change items in my order after it has been placed?

We endeavor to process orders as quickly as possible and therefore we cannot make changes to orders once it has begun the packing and shipment process. We also do not store your payment information so we cannot retroactively change the value of your order for additional or replacement items.

If you need to make changes to your order after recieving your order confirmation, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Any requests for amendments after this time will not be possible as your order will already be with our shipping department for processing.

We recommend that you always double-check the items in your order before finalising checkout, please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need advice or assistance before placing your order, we are happy to help!


Can I change my order address after I have placed an order?

We can change your delivery address if you contact us promptly. Generally, this will need to be done within 2 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee amendments if we have already dispatched the item. Please ensure you enter your address and contact information accurately before placing an order.
