Flash Arm will not Fire at all, but the Emitter test button works.

  1. Ensure the Emitter is not low on battery.
  2. Ensure Emitter is fully secured on to your Cameras hotshoe.
  3. Ensure your camera is turned on and your shutter speed is 1/200s or lower.

Flash Arm only fires sometimes

  1. Ensure your Pod is sufficiently charged and you are using boost mode so your intended power level is been reached on the Flash Arm.
  2. Ensure the Flash Arm black circular window has a good line of sight with the Emitter. This can either be a direct line of sight or via reflection off a surface. Use the Emitter test button to determine this.
  3. Ensure you are waiting sufficient time for that set power level for it to re-charge between shots.
