They are flexible for adjusting to your subject.

LED Lighting arms emit a continuous light source.

 Make sure the contacts are clean and free from obstruction.

You will feel a magnetic pull, rotate the arm until it clicks into place.

 Removing an arm is as simple as pulling it out of the port.

Don't twist! Just pull the arm away from the Pod.

 You can change the beam angle of LED Lighting Arms to direct light more precisely.

 Filters and Diffusers can be magnetically attached to the end of Lighting Arms.
